Data erasure company Blancco Technology Group has rolled out drive-wiping capabilities for Chromebooks, low-cost computers that grew in popularity during the pandemic.

Smyrna, Tenn.-based manufacturer Wearwell developed a platform for workers, allowing them to avoid tripping hazards and elevating them up to the level of equipment they're working on. And the product itself is made from recycled plastic.

While hydraulically powered shredders have typically been used to shred home appliances and other white goods for recycling, newer electric powered shredders have the same ability.

Equipment supplier RoboVent recently increased the scope of uses for its dust collector products. The company released the Senturion product line, which it describes as the "most versatile dust collector in the industry."

Whether it’s cutting through end-of-life electronics, rubber tires, metals or other dense material streams, "The Beast" from BCA Industries provides high-volume throughput, according to the equipment supplier.
